NEWSLETTER TRACKING PIXEL AND MONITORING
If you have given your consent, the newsletters we send you contain a tiny, invisible image known as a "tracking pixel", and links that pass through a redirect system. When you open the message or select a link, these tools send us some information about your interaction.
Data processed: date and time of opening and number of openings, links selected, IP address, type of device and email client, approximate country or geographical area, associated with your email address.
Purpose: to measure how many and which newsletters are opened and which content generates interest, in order to improve future communications. We do not use this data to profile you or to send you different content based on your behaviour.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Consent is optional and separate from consent to subscribe to the newsletter.
If you do not consent: you receive the newsletter exactly like other subscribers. Your emails do not contain the pixel and links do not pass through the redirect system, so we do not record either openings or clicks. By default consent is not given: we only record it if you choose to give it, when subscribing or later from the preferences management page.
How to change or withdraw consent: you can give or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage your preferences" link included in every newsletter, by logging in with your personal code. From the same page you can also unsubscribe. Withdrawal applies to subsequent communications and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Proof of consent: in order to demonstrate consent, we keep a record of the date and time of your choice, the IP address and the version of the privacy notice in force at that time.
Data retention: interaction data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The information may also be used in aggregated and anonymous form for statistical and analytical purposes, without any possibility of identifying individual users.
Data erasure: at any time you may request the complete and permanent erasure of all your personal data, including information relating to interactions and tracking activities, by sending a request to privacy@elettrocf.com. The request will be handled within the time limits set by applicable law, without prejudice to any retention obligations imposed by law.
Information on consents given and any withdrawals will be retained only for the time necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
Recipients: the data is processed on our behalf by Site Solutions S.r.l., as data processor, and by Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES service) for sending emails, as sub-processor.

VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA
